This document explains what information is processed when using research.hyvision.tech.

2. Anonymous responses
The survey may be submitted without a name, email, telephone number or company name. Raw IP addresses and device details are not stored with responses.
3. Optional contact details
Contact details are processed solely to contact you about the research and HYVISION Flow development, based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
I consent to the processing of the contact details I provide by the controller identified in the Privacy Policy for the purpose of contact regarding HYVISION Research. I understand that consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting admin@hyvision.tech.
4. Data and retention
Research responses are retained for up to 730 days. Optional contact details are retained for up to 365 days or less after withdrawal.
5. Security and recipients
Contact details are encrypted and stored separately. Access is authenticated. Hosting and IT security providers may process data only where necessary and under appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent, and may complain to the competent supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
No advertising or analytics cookies are used. Only technical form protection and an essential secure administrative session cookie are used.
